Large Imagery Needs Deliberate Content
The additional screen area should not be filled with more text. Large displays are most effective when they give a campaign room to breathe.
Suitable material includes full-height fashion imagery, automotive launches, destination advertising, seasonal branding and major product announcements. The main message should remain understandable before the viewer reaches the storefront.
Image resolution and source quality deserve attention. Low-resolution artwork that appears acceptable on a laptop may show visible defects when enlarged to 98 inches.
Window Reflections and Exterior Placement
The 2500-nit brightness specification supports high-ambient-light viewing. The screen position should still be evaluated for direct sunlight, reflective glazing and viewing angle.
If the display is installed behind a retail window rather than directly outdoors, glass type, tint and spacing can affect perceived brightness and heat. These conditions should be included in the technical review.
Structural and Service Planning
A screen of this size requires more planning than a smaller digital sign. The cabinet’s weight, dimensions, access direction and installation route should be confirmed before production.
IP65 protection helps protect the enclosure from dust and water jets. Built-in fan cooling manages heat during operation, but the required airflow must not be obstructed.

Is a 98-inch screen suitable for every storefront?
No. The available wall area, viewing distance, installation route and building structure must support the cabinet. Smaller stores may achieve better results with a 55- or 65-inch display.
Can the display operate for extended retail hours?
It is designed as commercial outdoor signage, but final operating schedules and environmental limits should be confirmed in the project specification.
Does IP65 mean the screen can be installed anywhere outdoors?
IP65 provides dust and water-jet protection. It does not replace structural engineering, drainage, electrical protection or correct sealing during installation.
The 98 Inch Weatherproof Digital Signage format is best reserved for sites where the architecture and campaign strategy can make proper use of its scale.
